On the basis of the new mass velocity of inertial mass and of gravitational mass has been discussed and therefore proved that the gravitational mass does not equal to the inertial mass,if these new conclusions are introduced into classical Newtonian Mechanics,then the Newtonian Mechanics will appear new activity.
